all you need is a good scanner, after that use a good photoshop program, its a little costly but if you dont have that as an option i guess try youre best at taking photo9s with your phone and uploading them from that

I don't like sprite edits or half-assed wallpapers, anybody can click or drag n drop. Nor do I enjoy love relationships with official and fan characters, or two male fighting robots having sex. Combine them all and I will blow your house up.
